Streszczenie

On 20–22 January 2026, another edition of the Space Physician Training Course took place at the European Astronaut Centre (EAC) of the European Space Agency in Cologne, Germany. The course is organised once every few years, depending on the needs and capabilities of the European Space Agency. Recruitment for the course is conducted via the ESA website; therefore, interested parties are encouraged to follow updates at www.esa.int.
Several hundred physicians from across Europe applied for the recent course, and 30 were selected. The vast majority of selected participants had extensive experience in aviation medicine and, naturally, a keen interest in space medicine.
